How do I get started?Give us a call, fill out the form on our website, or send us an email to get started with a quote and we'll get you on the schedule.

How do I schedule services?To reserve a spot on our schedule, simply approve our quote and make a 30% deposit. This will guarantee you have the next available spot on our schedule. In general, you will be booked within 7 business days of making the deposit.

What kind of results can I expect?We have the best cleaners and tools to get your space in tip top shape. Due to the highly variable conditions of each home we work on, we have created a "Expectations" page to help customers understand what we can and can’t deliver. Please check it out for more information.

I have an event and need my space cleaned ASAP! Can you expedite my cleaning?Yes, we can expedite if you are pressed for time. However, we reserve the right to charge an expedited service fee. You may need to allow us access off-hours (early morning or early evening).

Do I need to be home while this is being done?No, as long as we have access to the home, we do not require customers to be home. We notify you when we arrive and when we are finished.

Can you invoice me?Yes, we will send you the invoice to be paid.

How can I pay my bill?We accept the following payment types: Major Credit Cards and Debit Cards Venmo Cashapp Check Cash

When will I need to pay my bill?We will send you an invoice immediately after the job is completed. We expect payment upon completion. If you’d like, some customers leave cash or check payment inside the home for us to retrieve when we arrive if they do not plan on being home.
